Hours and Pricing

Regular business hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

Standard service pricing may include:

- Jumpstart Service: $70

- Gas Delivery: $95 for 5 gallons of gasoline

- Diesel Delivery: $95 for 5 gallons of diesel

- Mobile Battery Replacement: service charge plus the cost of the battery

After-hours service is any service requested outside 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

After-hours pricing may include:

- Jumpstart Service (After Hours): $100

- Gas Delivery (After Hours): $125 for 5 gallons of gasoline

- Diesel Delivery (After Hours): $125 for 5 gallons of diesel

- Mobile Battery Replacement (After Hours): after-hours service charge plus the cost of the battery

Pricing may vary based on location, vehicle access, availability, fuel type, battery availability, and other service conditions. Customers will be informed of pricing before service is dispatched whenever possible.

Service Limitations

Knoxville Jumpstart does not guarantee that every vehicle can be started, repaired, or made operational. If a vehicle does not start after a proper jumpstart, the issue may involve the battery, starter, alternator, fuel system, electrical system, or another mechanical problem.

Battery testing is intended to provide basic information about the condition of a vehicle battery. It is not a full vehicle diagnostic inspection.

Mobile battery replacement may be available for select/common vehicles when the correct battery is available. Knoxville Jumpstart does not guarantee that a battery will be available for every vehicle.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

- Name

- Phone number

- Vehicle year, make, and model

- Current location

- Service needed

- Fuel type, if requesting fuel delivery

- Any access details such as gate codes, parking garage levels, apartment building numbers, or nearby landmarks

Customers must ensure the vehicle is safely accessible. Knoxville Jumpstart may refuse or delay service if the location, traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances are unsafe.

Payments

Payment may be due before, during, or immediately after service. Knoxville Jumpstart may accept payment by cash, card, payment link, or other approved payment method.

Failure to pay for completed service may result in additional collection efforts or refusal of future service.

Cancellations

If you cancel a service request after Knoxville Jumpstart has already been dispatched, a cancellation or service call fee may apply.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Knoxville Jumpstart, submitting a form, calling or texting us, or requesting service, you agree that Knoxville Jumpstart may contact you by SMS/text message related to your request, service updates, customer support, payment reminders, review requests, and other service-related communications.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Knoxville Jumpstart.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Knoxville Jumpstart. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
